Dan, I've finally started reading your latest TR. So Parker is a little flirt. Our Andrew is the same way. It happens a lot at restaurants. Cindy, Austin, and I will be engrossed in coversation when we realize that Andrew is flirting with one or more ladies at a neighboring table.

Anyway, I've made it through the first 2 chapters and will read more later.

he does the same thing, we went to tgifridays on monday and he would take a bit of his food then turn around and star at the girls behind him and wave until they waved, then turn and grab a bit then wave and repeat for the whole meal.

Chapter 30. My birthday in Disney. part 1

Well rise and shine, what is better than a birthday a birthday in disney or course. It was our last full day, and we were headed to Epcot.

When i planned this trip, we were originally looking at the first week of december, but then thought it would be fun to be there on my birthday, so i changed it. So at 7 we were up and the phone started ringing with family from home wishing happy birthday, by the time we were at the bus stop at 8, i think almost the whole family had talked to me.

This was taken the day before but forgot to post it.

We were at Epcot shortly after and waiting in line to get in, man was it cold outside that morning

Melissa was pumped it was her first time in the parks doing it the right way and or course we were excited so the cold did not seem that bad to us.


A little before opening, a few dream team members came to the gates to talk to people, the guy in our line Frank, was handing out maps and stickers and talking to people. He came up to me and said hey crabby, I was like that is not very nice, but i did not want to say anything to him hoping he would give me something.

Then i told him that they gave me a birthday button but it was in spanish and asked if he had any english speaking ones.

He said sure, and got me one and wrote my name on it...then said here you go crabby...me still not getting it and thinking that is kinda rude.

I get a quick shot of the monorail as we are waiting, i love monorails , i could ride them all day long, and some trip i plan to log a good 4 or 5 hours on them during one trip, hoping that they dont see me hiding on them and i get to ride it back to the maintanence area.

We are let in and we walk quickly toward the Spaceship earth and make our dashes to the right so we can be closer to the side for Soarin.

We are right up on the rope and the CM's from the rides start to come up to say hi to the crowds.

Then the characters start to come out.
First is mickey

Here comes Pluto

The goofy comes out to say hi.

It was great, all of the characters were coming by and stoping for pictures and touching hands and high fives, we saw everyone up close, I was holding parker and he was just staring at them and loved it all.

Pluto was really good as well, he was playing with him and looking at him really close and having a ball playing with him.

We walked with the masses at rope drop into the land and took parker up to the front and they gave us a baby swap pass. Since she was visiting, i let candi and her sister ride first, and me and parker hung out in the benches at the ride exit.

As we were sitting there waiting, the CM dreamteam man that we talked with at the front come over to us sitting there, and gave parker some stickers.

He called me crabby again...and then i realized that my vizor had donald on it, and it said crabby.

After they got off they said that they loved it but candi was sad that i did not get to ride with her, i said dont worry, i will get to ride it with you later.

So with that it was out of the land and time for character connection.

that will be a seperate post, there are a bunch of pics between mine and the photopass ones.

thank you for enjoying it, goofy stuff happens to us all the time, but we have fun no matter what so it does not really bother us.
i am sure he is going to hvae a ball with them when we go back, it seems far away, but it will go so fast, we are pumped.

Chapter 31. Character overload.

Time for tons of characters.

The line was a little long, but i think it took us less than 15 minutes to get through it, they have music playing, so it was fun to enterain park with, and candi liked to dance to it....his blank expression was cracking me up here.


A sneak between the pillars view of mickey mouse.

He really liked this mickey, more than the one in Toontown, i think it was because this mickeys nose moved up and down it was pretty cool,

I am sure it helped that mama had him this time instead of dada.

This was our favorite, we have it blown up into a 11*13 frame on our wall in the living room.

And the tag along along kid.
just joking we are glad she was with us, and she had a ball seeing the characters.

Next up we crawl over to minnie mouse, but only because mama was next to minnie mouse.

He has an expression like no thanks, going to mama.

minnie eying him down like a piece of cheese on the loose.

her nose wiggled as well, and he warmed up to her.

and the look of, disney characets, ahh no big deal, im a cool kid.

Next is birthday boy time with donald, candi said since he is my favorite, i can take parker to meet him and just have some time with my two boys.

It was so much fun taking him to meet him, i think he wanted to bite his beak and play with it, but i refrained him, dont know how many other kids have kissed or sucked on that beak.

Then we handed him over to his aunty fora few

Its pluto time.

I think that pluto is going to one of his favorites, he was doing really good with him this trip.

And the whole family

Then it was goofy time, and candi said take him again, i love seeing you take him to see the characters, it is so cute, okay fine with me, get to see the characters, and the wife adors you for your cuteness.
