Flights within Canada - Summer deals?

Hello!

I am patiently waiting for the in-Canada WestJet sale to extend past June 25th...

I am patiently waiting for a deal on a flight from Toronto to Edmonton in the month of August...

...will it happen? Or is it too high of a season for deals?

If you are willing to travel a Tuesday or Wednesday you might see something, I know my sister came from BC to Toronto last summer mid week and she found got a good deal, but I did not see anything for weekends.

There was a seat sale with Westjet in February for the summer.
I purchased a ticket for $179 each way for July-Aug travelling from TO to Calgary. It was for a Monday flight.

I think there will be more seat sales but the sale might not be as good. A sale is a sale nevertheless.
