Flights in Europe on Ryanair for 2 cents plus taxes

I just received my Travelzoo Top 20 newsletter and their Number 1 offer is almost free flights on Ryanair. There are numerous flights available for 2 cents plus taxes. I am including the link from my newsletter. This is the first time I have attempted this, so I hope it works. If not, you can try the Ryanair website. There are some blackout dates and I believe travel has to be booked by September 12th. HTH
