Flight times for Land/Sea

For anyone who has purchased the air travel from Disney on the land/sea vacations, could you please help?

I was wondering what to expect for a flight time arriving in Orlando from Manchester. In your experience, did you arrive in time to enjoy most of that first day at WDW or was the flight later in the day?

Just curious what other people's experiences were. Thanks!
