RnR single Rider line is AWFUL. I waited longer than the standby (by a lot) once. Never again.

EE single Rider is amazing though. Frequent back to back rides.

I have a lot of luck with RnRC single rider line ... but I only use it if the stand by is under an hour ... usually in the mornings. I think that once the stand by hits 1 hour, more people split up and join the single rider line - making it useless.
