Flight of Passage: 60 day availability + Split stay

Hi Everyone, I am having trouble planning out my days because of the recent switch of resorts (AKL to BC) and here is my situation.

I am staying at BC from the 9th - 14th, On the 14th I check into my offsite Villa till the 18th. Because you are able to book all of your FP+ for the duration of your stay I have been trying to prioritize Epcot and Animal Kingdom during our Beach Club stay. However It would be easier for my plans to do a second animal kingdom day on the 15th or 16th.

How Difficult is it to get a FOP 60 days out?

At 60 days out, on July 11th I should be able to book all my FP from the 9th - 14th. Would the rolling 60 days then allow me to book FP+ for September 15th on July 12th? or would I have to wait till July 17th to make FP for September 15th?

Because I'm worried if I put AK on Saturday or Sunday that there will be no more FOP FP available.

Yes. 60 days out from each offsite park day - the booking window “rolls” for the offsite portion of your stay.
