Airport lounge passes are only good for 2 hours before your flight

Generally it's about 3 hours ahead though it depends on lounges. The only lounge we've encountered both domestically and internationally less than 3 hours was Heathrow (one of their Priority Pass accepted ones though I can't recall the exact lounge name). That one was 2 hours before your flight but Heathrow is also super busy and their lounges were as well.
