At this point, I don't care if it's more expensive. I know we're going to hit traffic...is a private shuttle/car going to be our best bet? We won't have any checked baggage- literally off the plane to the curb.

And just for fun, any guesses how long it will take us to get to the DLR area?

We just walk out and get a cab. Then I don't even have to look for the shuttle we reserved. Which airport are you flying into... Makes a difference in travel time.

It would probably help if you told us which airport you're flying into! LAX will take a lot longer than SNA for example.

Sorry I thought I put LAX LOL! And we'll have our toddler (and her car seat)

Maybe I missed it lol... I would just grab a cab, it would be fastest, and you have the car seat... With no traffic... I'd guess 35 minutes from the time you hop in the cab... So I'd guess an hour at that time of day... And if it's less then you will be thrilled lol!

Based on online fare estimates:

Cab will be your fastest ($103)
Uber Black will be your nicest...black town car or better ($134)
Shuttle will be the longest. ($72)

Execucar, bookable via Execucar or Supershuttle has a "Business Express Service" for up to 4 people for $72 plus tip....not sure if tax was included or not. We took it a couple of weeks ago and there was already a text message on my phone when the plane landed. Called the number and the driver was there in about 10-15 minutes and headed to DLR. No circling the airport for 4 times like Supershuttle does.
