Flatbread Grill at MGM?

I just saw a thread about the Tune In Lounge at MGM and someone mentioned how the Flatbread Grill has good sangria. Where is the Flatbread Grill and what type of place is it?

Any info would be great.

also known as the studio catering company.. it's in the back of the park. the ramp to the HISTK playground goes right past it. it's opposite a weird gift shop which is between the backlot tour and LMA

there's actually a bar called the backlot canteen which is connected to it. it's like an L shape. the bar faces the gift shop.

Does anybody else find it strange that the Flatbread Grill doesn't actually serve flatbread?
