Flat irons

I need a new flat iron for my increasingly curly hair. I had a Chi that did ok. It is currently MIA. Looking for recommendations. Help me please before I turn into a poodle.

I had a Chi. I don't think they are as great as many people think they are. Mine broke less than 30 days after the warrenty was out. DH did fix it. But in the meantime, I went to Sally's and bought one of these. http://www.sallybeauty.com/flat-iron/SBS-301653,default,pd.html?cgid=Hair09-06 . I absolutely LOVE it!!! Works much better than my Chi did. You can control the heat in increments of 50 degrees, starting at 200 up to 450 degrees.
