Just got back and this was our 3rd time using FL Tours. They were waiting at MCO when we arrived to take us to RPR and then was early for our pickup at RPR to POR!! On our return flight they called to confirm but when they were not there on time I called Andy and he explained that the driver was stuck in traffic right outside WDW but he would find another vehicle in the area ASAP. Andy kept in contact with me and got a driver there. I understand that these things happen and I think that FL Tours did everything they could to make sure we made our flight!!
I would use them again as they are an outstanding company. The drivers were friendly, and the vans were very clean and roomy.
