I just got back last week and I wanted to say that FL Tours was fantastic and I would use them again. When I arrived Wed the 27th at MCO my driver was waiting there with a sign and was very professional. It turns out he was from Kenya and had worked at Disney's Animal Kingdom when it first opened. He had picked my family up in Town car and it was very clean and roomy. I paid for the whole trip in cash and he gave me a return voucher. I was a little nervous about not paying with a credit card but it turned out fine.
I was picked up at the Polynesian on the 4th and once again another driver was on time with a nice conversion van who got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. I'm really happy with the service and was glad I took the chance in trying them. Thank you DIS Boards for recomending them.
Now here is the only bad part when it came to transportation part of the trip. Last Feb 2004 I went to WDW and used Happy Limo. Big Mistake and they left me stranded at the Contemporary resort and I almost missed my flight. Well, to make a long story short, they gave me half my money back and told me if I ever came back to Orlando they would give me a great super deal if I used them.
Against my better judgement I called them in Dec 04 and reminded them of their promise to me. I was told a manager would call me back and they made a reservation. All I got was an email back a week later giving me ten dollars off the deal. Big Deal! I emailed them back and said no way and cancelled them before Christmas 2004. I was at the AKL late Wed night on the 27th of April and I got a voicemail on my cell phone saying that the Happy limo driver can't find me and I was being charged for a no show. Needless to say I was upset and it took several calls the next day to fix their error. They did credit my bank account later in the week for the 94.00 dollars they charged me. It's a joke how they do business and I wanted to warn people not to use them. FL Tours is the way to go! Happy Limo almost ruined this trip and I didn't even use them. LOL!!
