FL Tours review

Just came back from our Universal Studios trip. We’ve done 3 Disney trips in the past using ME and wasn’t sure which transportation service to use. We were needing a booster seat so didn’t want to bother with Uber/Lyft. FL tours didn’t charge extra for that safety feature and included a grocery stop. Our driver monitored our flight and knew our plane was running behind. Called us as we were walking to our baggage claim. He already knew which carousel it would be at and met us holding our name so we knew exactly who our driver was! Straight shot to our hotel was great! Gave us paper info when to expect our pickup back~ On the day back, got a confirmation call in the morning and got picked up and off to MCO with plenty of time to spare! Definitely would do this again for our next trip! Loved the direct route to our resort… if Disney ever brought ME back, we would rather go with FL Tours lol this has spoiled us! Also we paid with card ahead of time with tip included so it was nice not having to worry about payment there.

A little over a year ago my daughter and I went to WDW, just the two of us. Because I was the only adult, I decided to give FL Tours a try, rather then use one of the bus services. It made my trip so much better, like the OP said, they were waiting for me at the baggage claim, we stopped at a Publix for some snacks to have in the room, and got us to the hotel quickly. The ride back to the airport was equally smother. I am probably going to use them anytime we go to WDW or any of the other Orlando area attractions.
