This pass is called a "Fun Card" and it is available at most SW/BG owned parks. It offers admission for one calendar year (2011 only) and nothing else. Those parks also offer "Annual Passports" which are usually valid for one or two years from the date of purchase (not Jan.-Dec. like the Fun Card) and they include free parking and discounts on purchases of food and merchandise.
