I am a Florida resident and just recently renewed my family's 1 FL resident AP and 4 FL resident Seasonal AP (5 total) on Disney's website (continuing the payment plan). Why is it that I've been going to Disney for the last year as AP holders that I get a another "voucher" to turn in at Guest Services to get the actual tickets AGAIN (like the first year)? I assumed my passes would simply continue and I (for example) would get new ticket/cards in the mail like I just received my new Magic Bands (and discount cards) the other day. Are they requiring vouchers each and every annual renewal just to check my FL ID again? Please advise as to your experience.
