From what I can tell, Universals FL Resident Discount Tickets can be bought be FL residents (limited to 10) and given to anyone, correct?

Also, on the Universal site, it says that the tickets will expire 30 days after use or in full on March 19, 2010?? :confused3

Does the expiration date depend on the day purchased? So that someone can't bank a bunch of tickets? If so, does the FL rate tend to stay the same? We plan to visit in November this year for just a few days (after visiting the inlaws in N. FL)...so the 2day/2 park discount would be great!

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! TIA!

Yes...FL resident tickets can be given to anyone but these tickets are usually gate only for that day but sometimes they will do advance purchase tickets that expire on a certain date. The $79.00 resident tickets are only available online so this must be a special offer right now. You should keep your eyes out for any specials that may be coming down the pike.
