FL carseat requirements

We are were wondering how old you need to be before you do not need a car seat in Fl. Hertz said Three years old. I think that seems a little young.

Yes - believe it or not Fl law requrest children three and under to ride in a CSR. 4 and up need to be in a seatbelt in the backseet but are not required to use a CSR.

Of course that dosen't mean you can't use them, just do as you do at home!

I was just about to ask the same question but you beat me to it. WOW!!!! Just 3 years old!!! Here in Pa a child needs to be in a car seat until the day they turn 8 years old! Thank you for answering my question anyway.
