This application shows up when I try to boot up my system and will not let my explorer load unless I delete it. Does anyone have any idea what it is???? My computer has been so goofy lately and I'm so clueless!

I spent last night and part of today trying to clean stuff off my son's brand new computer. I can't remember if that is one of the things I dealt with or not. Have you tried to remove it from the start up menu? From Start, go to run, type in msconfig, go to the start up tab and see if it is in there. If it is selected, deselect and see if you can restart then. I'm probably the last person someone should take computer advice from, but Dell supposrt told me I could deselect everything except the system tray and then add back selected items I wanted.

Thanks, my3kids, but I don't see it in my start menu unless it's got another name.... This thing is driving me insane!

Maybe try running spybot and ad-aware? I had something that kept popping up until I found and deleted the actual file by using spybot.

I know how it is though. When I reboot, my PC keeps on trying to update something before loading Windows and it never can. It hasn't affected Windows as far as I can tell but I have to wait a long time while it tries to load this something.
