Can I still take the castle tour with my 2 year old even though she is under the height requirement?

Yes. At FJ, the child swap is at the end of the queue anyways.

Also wondering if we need to put bags in a locker if we do the baby swap on FJ. Do they let you take bags through the queue as long as you don't get on the actual ride holding the bag? sorry... Didn't mean to hijack this post

Yes, you can take bags since the non-rider can hold the bags along with the baby. I've done this a couple times. Tell any TM who asks what you're doing.
