Fixing Mouse Ears (elastic)

My kids have ruined the elastic on their ears, and I need to know whether or not I can get them fixed in DL. If not, I will take them to an alterations place in town before we go.

While some Cast Members may be able to assist you, Merchandise Hosts and Hostesses are generally not trained on how to repair merchandise items nor are they expected to know how to do so.

It may be best to visit a repair shop near you.
