Fix error on res before or wait until check in

tHIS MIGHT BE A DUMB QUESTION ( in fact I think I am going to call this aft ) BUT
the only reason I would wait is that I don't want to be charged for an error I did not make ... and I want to call and fix this now b/c I don't want to be held up at check in or hold up anyone else!
Here the scoop...
Got our travel docs last Friday...we come in this week as a grand gathering. my daughter is on a diff room res b/c of room occ limits...well the res has her listed twice...once on the other room and again on ours. and I am not listed on ours just my husband and the other kids ...which is no big deal to me it is all the same tix and ddp ( b/c she is ten ). but something tells me to make it right before we go and it is better to spend an hour on the phone now than to cause trouble at check in... BUT it wasn't our error and I know when things get changed the guests get charged a fee......
guess I should go and fix ... just thinking out loud I guess!!!!!!:rolleyes1
 
Since this is a package, with tix and ddp, I say call now and save the hassle when you get there.
 
I would call now and get it fixed before you get there. It will save you a lot of time when you get there to have it straightened out by the time you check in.
 
I had a similar problem when I went down two weeks ago....but I didn't know it until I got there...it was handled very quickly at the desk with no hassle.
