“WDWguru” (Kim McDaniel) visited the five Disney resorts and the 11 Disney parks in 10 months. :goodvibes

She posted this thread, and wrote this article in the Salt Lake Tribune on June 26, 2008.

She had previously posted this thread about Tokyo DL and DisneySea, with photos.

And she had previously posted this thread about Hong Kong DL, with photos.

Parts of Hong Kong DL look awfully familiar. :earsboy:

My friend after this week (he's in TDR) will have been to 4/5 of the resorts in 10 months. Lucky ducks.

Wow those pics are great!! I would love to travel to all the parks on day..... Do they speak english at the the parks??

... Do they speak english at the parks??

According to the following Trip Report, at Tokyo DL “most of the "talking" in Attractions is in Japanese.”

My brother went to Tokyo DL. He had never seen a pirate talking in Japanese before, so he found PotC to be pretty amusing. :earsboy:

I haven’t been to the Tokyo DL Resort, but Kevin Yee at MiceAge recently wrote a book called Tokyo Disney Made Easy. The English language is really popular in Asia, so getting around near TDL and TDS shouldn’t be too difficult.

At Hong Kong DL, the entrance sign is in English and Chinese, and they also have park maps in English. In WDWguru's trip report she mentioned that the Jungle Cruise at HKDL can be heard in Chinese (Cantonese?), English, and Japanese. Here is a link to another Trip Report for HKDL, with photos of HKDL's Main Street Train Station and HKDL's IASW.

The Main Street Train Station and IASW at HKDL look awfully familiar. Where have I seen those before? :earsboy:
