FITS ticket FYI

I called Rosa today. I had her send me an email explaining the FITS passes.

??? Question. Can I show my Mass Drivers License? It says I may need my passport or International Drivers License. Can you only use if you are a foreigner? HELP!!!

I am going for 6 days and the cost difference between this and UPH is only 23.20 with the September DM package. I figure as it includes Breakfast vouchers it will be about the same amount.

Rosa also said it works the same as a UPH is this correct? I can park hop all I want?

If anyone has any more info that may help me please add your $.02. I am going in Sept.

I have purchased the tickets and will use them in August. Yes, you can park hop all you want. The tickets have English and two other countries language on them, just like when you get a manual with a product and it is in several languages. All you have to do is show your drivers license when you get to the park to exchange the ticket for Disney Passes. I was worried when I first bought them, but other US citizens have reported no problems and the tickets do not say that they are obly for foreigners and I am sure Paramount would not sell them to US addresses if they could not be used by US citizens.

Rest assured.

We have PAP's but purchased FITS for my niece and nephew who were going to be in the world with us for 2 weeks and everything was fine. They are US citizens and we had no problems. My niece even forgot hers at the resort one day and the cm at the gate said they could get info from my nephews pass to find my nieces and they did! Canceled her old one and gave her a new one right there.

thank you all so much. I mailed Rosa my check today. Passes will be here shortly.

Only staying 6 nights and still saving $255 with the FITS passes for 4 adults and 1 child.

Thanks again

For the ones who have used the FITS passes, did you have to show anything to get your kids passes, for example, SS card, birth certificate?

If these are still around in 2006, when my family is hoping to go back to WDW, it sounds like they would be alot better to buy then a UPH pass. DH and I have been talking about going for 10 days this time.

TIA!!! :Pinkbounc  :Pinkbounc

for our children:) We don't have pic ID's for our school. School photo - ID size, printed their name, bdate, and school name on them, laminated...presto photo ID.

On the first day, I took our passports, after that, just the homemade things for the kids and our DLs.I told the CM that they were not "official" ID, but didn't want to drag our passports around every day just for ID purposes.(incase the FITS passes got lost at the parks, andthey needed to check) They said that the school id was fine:)

HTH!!

I ordered our FITS last week and it was soooooo smooth! They were on my doorstep about 3 days after faxing Rosa our signature for charging to the cc.

No problems and such a great deal!

Do these passes have park-hopping ability? I already have our passes for this trip, but just wondering, maybe for next time?

I'll kill it for you!!;);)

Yep, they get you everywhere, and a few other places besides:)

We loved them:) MK in the am...monorail over to Epcot for lunch, then to AK for a quick Kali, and MGM for Fantasmic:)

*sigh*

We got back 9/1 and the FITS passes were fantastic! We had no problems using them whatsoever and to exchange was easy. You just go to guest services at any park (we did ours at MK) and they ask for everyone's name and birthdate, we didn't even get asked for our ID's at all. Then they issued us regular park hopper type passes that are good for 30 days. It took all of 5 minutes. The vouchers for the breakfasts were the only thing they give you back. The other attractions like DQ and water parks are all on your ticket as is Kennedy Space Center and etc... We went to DQ and to the water parks with no problems at all. It was nice to park hop whenever and wherever we pleased. We would definitely use these, if available next trip. As for the breakfast vouchers, I had already paid a $45 deposit for CRT months ago, and all I had to do when we went to CRT was hand them the vouchers for payment. The $45 was immediately credited back to my card without even having to say a word.

I highly recommend this pass.

hulabird,

One question! I am asking because we will be at the World in 9 days w/ the FITS passes!

After we exchange the vouchers for passes, are the passes all you need to get into the Kennedy Space Center? You do not need the vouchers?

Thank you!

Carrie
