Just received a flyer from Fitness Together (1 client 1 trailer 1 goal). In the Chicagoland area - locations are in palatine & lake zurich.
Small workout place (in strip mall) like those other fitness places, but you always work out with a trainer. (I think)
Says - increased motivation, accelerated results - accountability - private training suites - emphasis on proper technique - programs based on your needs -
Would love to hear from anyone who knows about this place. I wonder if people have found good results. How much the cost is, and how often do you need to go
