Fisher Price Smart Cycle Racer

I bought a smart cycle for my 5 year old grandson for Christmas. Anyone have one? What are your thoughts on it? Good or bad.

My grandson has epilepsy and generally is behind in age by about 18 months and we thought this might be a great learning tool along with a great way to exercise.

I googled reviews and read that it only runs on D batteries and they go through them rather quickly. I've read some pedals have had thread issues.

I just want to know if I should keep it. Thanks!
