fish extender

Hello,
Can someone explained to me where or when do we sign up for participation with the fish extender. We would love to do it! We are cruising on Disney Dream February 21-24. 2013... thank you in advanced!

From what I gather try going to the cruise meet up forum and look for your specific sail date & ship
