I am a west coaster who travels to WDW only every few years. I am planning to travel to WDW next year and need to either go the first week of September or the last week. Can people who go to WDW please help me in my decision.
First Week in September:
- Labor Day week so 1 less day of vacation (big plus for me)
- I am assuming very low crowds starting the Tuesday after the holiday weekend?
- I can visit Not so scary Party
- Negative: Weather? I know it will be hot and humid, how scared should I be about a hurricane? What happens if it happens? Can my flights get cancelled? Any experience here?
Last week in September
- I can visit both the not so scary party and food and wine
- I am assuming higher crowds?
- Assuming weather is better? Any advice here?
- Negative is that I got to take an extra vacation day
