First week of December 2022 - Limited Availability at WDW - Is there a special event?

Hey Everyone! Here it is in February and I went to look for a Deluxe Studio the first week of December and there is nothing available for the whole week except at Saratoga Springs. Every other resort is sold out or only has a couple of days. Does anyone know if there is something going on that week? I was looking at December 3-10.
