First week in June

Our seasonal pass does not run out until June 13th. Has anybody been the first week in June??????Are the crowds there yet????????

The only thing that I know of that my effect crowd size is that Gay Days are over the weekend of the 4th. We are going, and I have heard that crowds are not that bad with the exception of the MK on Saturday the 5th.

We have been (and are going) the first week of June. The crowds aren't that bad, but like goodferry said, MK on the 5th will be crazy crowded. We were able to do all the things we wanted to do June 2002 without much of a wait.

Ciera123, looks like our counters are pretty close! Where are you staying at?

I personally, visited the Gay Days website and planned my intinerary around theirs to avoid crowds. I'm expecting moderate attendance, probably 15-30 minute waits.

We will be there from May 31 - June 5!!! Can't WAIT

I also went to the website and planned my visit around all the activities!

I would like to start packing!! I am so excited!!!

I have heard about gay days, and have seen some heated posts. Explain how you are planning your trip so not to hit the crowds??? Gay days do not bother me, if I can hit the parks on a non crowded day.

go to gaydays.com and you will see what days they are planning to attend what parks and you can plan your trip accordingly!

We will be there and I also tried to plan by days around the big GayDay crowds EXCEPT CRT which I got for June 5th!!!
I know many people must think I am nuts but we are going, eating and moving on to another park. I was not going to say no to CRT.

We went last year during the first week and I highly recommend it! The weather was still reasonably mild - 89 degrees or so. The crowds were light and I never noticed a problem due to Gay Days. The year before (2002) we went during the last week in June and it was unbearable. Sooooo Hoooot and very crowded!!
