We have narrowed it to these 2 weeks, the last week of Feb prices jump to peak season, but if it is slower then i would pay the extra. :confused3

However, with Mardi Gras, other stuff going on the begin, anyone who gone this year, found the week AFTER presidents week to be slow.

We went the week of FEb 10-16, and found it much busier then expected.

So, what week would you pick. ;)

First week of Feb or last week in Jan

We were there from the 21st through the 26th of February this year and it was extremely busy IMHO. I'd go for the last week in Jan/first week of Feb as recommended above. Cheaper w/ less crowds = good times!

wdwlvr629, Were you there DURING president week??

We would like to get there the Sunday that President week ends, and stay the full week AFTER pres week.

DH can't get first week of feb off. Here are choices Feb 9-16TH(we went this week, 2007 and personally found it busy)
Week of Presidents week which we are going to pass on
Week of Feb 24(weekend after presidents week)
Jan is too early, and too cold for us to get away.

Any suggestions for Waiting til first week of mar before spring break starts.
Was really hoping to go last week of feb but if it is that busy,

We wre there feb. 1-8 this year, and it was very slow. The weather was cool and drizzly the first couple of days, but the rest were sunny and 70-76.

We where there from Feb24 thru March 3rd crowds where very manageable.

I was there Mar4~8. I found it kind of busy. Not horrid, but not slow either. Some lines were an hour or more long. Some Spring breaks start that early. In the past I have gone in May and that is wonderful time to go. I have also gone late June and waited in lines for 2~3 hours! NEVER again!
I would try to go earlier than later. Get teh cheaper price, beat out the Presidnets day crowd too. Also next year Easter is in March, so it may be busy earlier then as well.

So, how long did you have to wait? Were there any parks more busy then the others?

Mostly 10 to 30 minutes except Soarin, test track EE, we did not go to any parks on weekend days. EE got on right away in the single line.

The first week of Feb. was very slow, the crowds were very manageable. For the more popular attractions we used fastpass and for the other attractions, I think the longest we waited was 15 minutes. It was awesome!
