First trip questions???

We're going at the end of April(1st time) and want to do as much as possible, focusing on the rides WDW doesn't have or that are different. I have plantar fasciitis and can't criss-cross the park to hit all the popular rides first thing in the morning, so I'm wondering if this would work. Any ideas?

Arrive early, before park opening.
At opening, head for fantasyland
ride Storybook Land boats,
Alice in Wonderland
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
Pinocchio
Matterhorn(does it have fastpass?)
Its a small world

Cross over to Adventureland (through Frontierland?)
Get fast passes for Indiana Jones
Head to New Orleans Square
Ride the Haunted Mansion
Pirates of the Carribean

Critter Country
Fast pass for Splash Mtn.

Back to Adventureland
Indiana Jones or
Tarzan's treehouse, etc. until fast pass time
comes around.

Take train to either Toontown or Tomorrowland
Would it be too crowed by then to ride Space Mtn. or fast passes?
I think the only things we're interest in seeing in Tomorrowland is Space Mtn, Buzz Lightyear and Captain Eo(saw it many years ago in WDW).

We only have two days and I would like to be able to get up early the next morning and go to California adventure. Is it possible to get the big rides in early? I'd like to spend the evening back in DL

Planning may drive me crazy. I have my WDW plan down pat and usually we are able to avoid most of the long lines, but nothing is in the "right place" in DL. LOL

The first ride you need to hit is Peter Pan. It has one of the longest waits in the park and no fastpass. Still looks like a lot of walking though.

I went to WDW twice last spring and rode Peter Pan, so I would rather focus on rides that are unique to DL. My dd(19) will only agree to go to Fantasyland without any fuss because she loves Alice In Wonderland and wants to see the ride. I can't sneak too many "kiddie" rides past her. lol

I would head here first at park opening
Cross over to Adventureland (through Frontierland?)
Get fast passes for Indiana Jones Grab FP and then ride it too. Use FP later in the day when crowded.

Head to New Orleans Square Have one of you go ahead to HM and grab FP, then ride Pirates (no FP) afterwards your FP window should be open for HM
Ride the Haunted Mansion
Pirates of the Carribean

Critter Country
Fast pass for Splash Mtn. Send someone ahead to grab FP while nearby at HM and Pirates

Back to Adventureland
Indiana Jones (Use your FP for later when the park is crowded)
or
Tarzan's treehouse, etc. until fast pass time
comes around.

Then do this part-walk to FL, behind Big Thunder, it's faster than the train.
Head for fantasyland
ride Storybook Land boats,
Alice in Wonderland
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
Pinocchio

Its a small world

Take train to either Toontown or Tomorrowland
Would it be too crowed by then to ride Space Mtn. or fast passes? Have one member of your group go up ahead to Space Mtn. to grab FP. These can all be given out by the afternoon. By the time you are done in FL, your FP time should have arrived. If so, grab a FP for Buzz before going on Space.

I'd like to spend the evening back in DL. DCA is definitely less crowded than DL (esp. in the a.m.) Grab all the FP you can just like in DL. DCA doesn't open as early as DL so I rec. you go into DL and grab some FP to use later in the evening. You can ride Soarin' 30 mins. before DCA officially opens. Though it is exactly the same as the one at EPCOT.

Here's my advice. See comments in BOLD. Utilize FP as much as possible. Try not to let any time lapse between when you can get the next one and when you get it. Don't go to FL first, hit the higher demand rides (Indy and Space usually have the longest waiting times)

You can skip PP since it's the same at WDW and DLR. The line can be long.

ADDED-I just read your comment about walking too much. If you won't have someone else (adult) in your group you would have to adjust some of my ideas. Though some rides are pretty close to each other. HM and Splash, HM and Pirates, even Matterhorn and Space.
