Hi All,

First, I want to apologize if I don't use all the abbreviations correctly. I read thru them but have a terrible memory. My family me(35), DH(36), DS(7), DS(4) are going to WDW May 2nd thru 9th. We will be going with my in-laws (4 adults to small children) Here's what I've got so far. I would appreciate any feedback. BTW we are staying at PORS.

Wed 05/02 - Flight arrive about noon
7:35 CG with entire fam for MIL/FIL's anniv celebration
Thur 05/03 - 11:30 yak & yeti
6:00 Boma
Fri 05/04 - 11:40 Crystal Palace
1:40 Pirate League for the boys
7:45 Narcoosee's for just me and DH
Sat 05/05 - 8AM Character Brkfst at Chef Mickey's
12:35 Coral Reef

Sun 05/06 - 8AM Boma
*We have a Fantasmic pkg scheduled for H&V, but I think we
are going to cancel and have dinner at T-Rex with the cousins.
(In-laws gave the kids gift cards for this restaurant) I've not
heard good things, but the kids are excited
Mon 05/06 7:20pm Teppan Edo
Tues 05/07 6:00 Cape May with entire family

BTW, we are on deluxe plan. I want to schedule one more breakfast for all of us. Any suggestions? What do you guys think? Are these all too spread out?

Thanks in advance,
Amye

We have gone to Tusker House for a character breakfast in Animal Kingdom and thought it was great. It is a buffet. Take a look at allearsnet.com at the menu to see if you like the restaurant.

Sounds like a great trip to me! I really liked Yak and Yeti for lunch and loved Boma for breakfast... make sure you plan time to tour the resort and see the animals on savannah.

My family has enjoyed breakfast at Cape May (Beach Club) with characters and we enjoy renting the surrey bikes across the way at the BWI. Then it is an easy walk into Epcot. Spoodles was our fav breakfast spot but that is now Cat Cora's place and we haven't dined there. Also folks really enjoy Kona for breakfast, I had dinner there and it was really good.

Opps, just realized you have Cape May for dinner hmmm... might go with Kona or something at GF then you are a monorail ride away from MK.

Might also suggest rather than a big sit down breakfast everymorning schedule a few more lunches, france is yummy and has Remmy, Germany has the Bier Garten show, Via Napoli, etc....

We like Captain Grille -- it was ok food.
We really enjoyed Boma dinner - my 7 year old LOVED it!
We've done Crystal Palace for breakfast and lunch and liked both!
We love Ohanas dinner! So far its our favorite restaurant in ALL of WDW ... despite the reviews it gets on the boards!
Cape May Cafe was very good. Another good one!

As for the final breakfast, I LOVE Tusker House Breakfast at AK! Cape May Cafe also has a good breakfast!

Depending on what you have planned for the day--besides dining!--Saturday 05/05 might be a bit hectic. You'll be going from Chef Mickey's at CR (resort monorail to TTC, then monorail to EPCOT) to Coral Reef in FW and on to 'Ohana at the Poly (monorail from EPCOT to TTC, then resort monorail to Poly).

Of course, if you're driving, that makes it a bit easier. You'll have fairly limited park time in the morning, but a decent amount in the afternoon.

We rarely do the dining plan and never have done the DXDDP because we feel too tied to ADRs. Thankfully, everyone is different! And you know what is best for your family. :goodvibes
