Hi-
I have made some ADR's but would like to ask the experts (all of you) for advice! This is what we have planned (we are on DDP)
Day one-Dinner at Garden Grill
Day Two-AKL and dinner at WCC
Day Three-MK-Cinderella's for Lunch
Day Four- Epcot-LeCellier for Dinner
Day Five-DHS-50's for Dinner
Day Six-MK-nothing planned at this point

My kids are 4, 6, and 8 and we are staying at Pop. I am questioning the 50's-I told DH about it and he wasn't impressed at all. I also thought about adding another character meal-maybe breakfast at Chef Mickeys or Crystal Palace? Would love any input!

Sounds like a great line up. I'd highly recommend Chef Mickey or the Ohana breakfast w/ Lilo and Stitch at the Polynesian. The way I see it , with dining plan, you've paid for it so include the characters when you can.

For your quick service, we really like these spots: Earl of Sandwich at DTD, Wolfgang Puck Express at DTD, Japanese Quick Service at Epcot, France Deli/ Bakery at Epcot.

Bon Apetite! :cool1:

I'm not sure whether or not you have Park Hoppers, or whether you have boys or girls...but as far as your first day at Epcot I would probably choose Akershus (we like this princess meal better than CRT, and it's only one TS credit) or Coral Reef over Garden Grill....

As far as your last day at MK you might want to look at 1900 Park Faire for breakfast (Pooh and Tigger, Mary Poppins, Alice and the Hatter) or dinner (Cinderella, the Prince, Stepmom and sisters)...We've been to the breakfast and have and ADR for dinner in April. We also enjoyed our lunches the Grand Floridian Cafe, but may not be nearly so entertaining for the kids...

We have a 6 year old dd so we usually try and do as many character meals as we can since we get the dining plan....

And while 50's Diner is kinda fun (that was our first ADR ever!) we've not gone back, and on our April trip we won't be spending a TS at DHS at all this trip opting instead to try Cape May this time around.

We really enjoyed the food at 50's Prime Time. The Fried Chicken was delicious. My DH had the pot roast and he liked it as well. If your husband isn't into the antics at 50's then you might reconsider or just politely ask the waiter/waitress not to engage in it. My 2 girls really loved seeing their Daddy get in trouble by the waitress. However, he enjoyed it and really kept trying to get in trouble.

We enjoy Tony's at MK. It's a tradition for us to eat there. We also tried Ohana and enjoyed it as well.

Le Cellier - Awesome!! My DH would eat there 2 meals a day, every day if he could.

We weren't very impressed with Garden Grill. This was our second time there and will probably be our last. However, we do love Chip & Dale!

We enjoyed WCC. We each had the skillet, but I will try the ribeye next time. My DH asked for a fork and the waiter brought him a 3 foot fork. We got great pictures! I also had one of my fondest memories there because my DD2.5 was sad that she couldn't have a birthday cupcake because it wasn't even close to her birthday. The waiter overheard her, brought her a cupcake and sang happy birthday to her anyway. It made her whole trip.

We ate character breakfasts at Crystal Palace, Ohana, Tusker House, Hollywood and Vine, Princess Breakfast at Epcot and Chef Mickeys on our last trip. Our favorite was Tusker House followed by the Princess Breakfast (we have 2 young girls so it's a must do), Crystal Palace and Ohana closely. Hollywood and Vine was good. Chef Mickey's was our least favorite. If you are going to a particular park on a certain day, it's great to get an early morning ADR character breakfast for the park you are going to that day.

Have a great trip!

Just My Opinions:
1. I've never been to Garden Grill BUT with SO many GREAT TS in world showcase... I probably never will go... We love Teppan Edo...KIDS love Teppan Edo...and I am adding Le Cellier this next visit
3. LOVE CRT! You should Definitely keep this ressie... EVERYONE should eat in the castle at least ONCE....DS has been 10 times and it's a Tradition for us..he is 18 now and still LOVES memories eating there!
5. I've never tried 50's because the menu would never please my WHOLE family... WE've been to H&V (Which gets horrible reviews on here) but we LOVED it...everyone was happy...even the picky and "then" vegetarian kid at the time... We're doing HBD for next (may) visit....

I also recommend 'Ohana Breakfast for kids your kids age...they have a LOT of fun interaction/w characters.... We've been 4 times..

Check out the menu's at allearsnet.com....and make sure there is something for everyone at your ADR's. That's how I planned our last visits...since we had so many different tastes to contend with....

Have a magical visit!

Mary
