First Time !!!!

Its my fist time at Disney and I am so excited! We are staying at the Carribean Beach Resort. After reading some of the tips I will request to stay in Trinadad North building. We plan are visiting all the parks if time allows. Does anyone have any tips for me?

No tips really, just watch the boards and you'll get plenty of ideas. There is a thread on the CBR. I haven't personally stayed there but I've heard it is wonderful.

monica, Tips.....buy a refillable mug from the resort(I've always found them worth it), don't miss Illuminations, wear good walking shoes, tip your mousekeeper fairly, watch out for that sun, eat a turkey leg, you're going to have a super time!!! oh, yeah, relax, you're on vacation, so go get a Pina Colada and sit poolside!

Don't be duped into buying a meal for each person at the counters in the parks. You are permitted to order JUST the burger or whatever -- you do not have to get the whole combination platter. They don't list it on the menu separately, but the do sell them separately.

Don't get so caught up in thinking you HAVE to see everything in every park that you miss out on enjoying your resort. I wish we had had more time to just hang out in our resorts.

CBR is very nice. We were there for two nights in August (Trinidad North, Bldg. #33). I really enjoyed the food court and it was not a long walk at all from our building.
