First Time with Child on the Fantasy .. Oceaneer's Club Question

This will be my 24th Disney cruise next week. However, my first with a grandchild. What is the tipping policy for the Oceaneer's Club. I know at Disney World, you cannot tip most positions and was wondering if it's a no-no or if it is expected at the kids' clubs and if yes, do you tip all the counsellors?? Thanks!!

The kid's club CMs are a non-tippable position. If you wish you can gift magazines or candy to be shared by the whole kid's club staff, but it's not required.

You can also donate cash for a staff party, if that works for you.

They have told us (in all of the clubs) that the BEST tip you can give them is to write their name on your comment card as having done a superior job. This is what gets them promotions, better shifts, days off, etc.
