Hi, we are having our first trip to Orlando and Universal this October so I have alot of questions.

Firstly I want to organise the accommodation. We will be staying for 7 nights and are Mum Dad and 4 kids aged 13, 10, 6 & 2

Do all three of the hotel have connecting rooms available?

Do you think one is better suited for families over the others?

What is the best way to book? Directly over the phone or through an agent? (we are booking from Australia)

That's all at the moment but I'm sure I will have more questions!!
Thanks.

We have only stayed at the Hard Rock. Been staying there for years and they definitely have connecting rooms. We have always booked a garden view and have done it ourselves and have also used a AAA travel agent. We have always gotten our request for connecting rooms. I was told this year when I called Loews directly that because we were booking a AAA rate with a garden view that the connecting rooms was guaranteed.

Yes, I believe all hotels have interconnecting rooms, although regarding reserving them, I have not personally done it, so I suggest you take some advice from a travel agent. :hippie:

Search around for the best deals, rather than go straight to a tour operator from Australia. Check the Universal Orlando website and book a Harry Potter package through them (or is that just for US nationals)?

I am sure of one thing though: you will LOVE your time at Universal Orlando Resort! :yay:
