First time ressie...

We are booking our first ressie next week. We have 200 points at SSR. We want to book a 1bdrm at OKW but I know that I cannot book it til 7 months. To guarantee we will have somewhere at DVC to stay, I a going to book at SSR and then try to change it at 7months. Is this possible? Will it cost me anything?

Welcome to all the fun of planning! You are right on target with your plan. There will be no cost to make the change when the 7 month window opens. There is also no cost to be on a waitlist if your dates at OKW are not available when you call. Good luck!
