Here is my itinerary for my trip in March (4 college students looking to not go overboard on spending):

Saturday- dinner at Pop century food court (we may be staying here our first night before we transfer to BCV on Sunday)

Sunday- Pecos Bill's for lunch at Magic Kingdom
Dinner at ESPN Club - no PS taken, right?
Pleasure Island later at night

Monday- Sleep in day- Hurricane Hanna's at pool for lunch
Visit Epcot World Showcase- eat at Liberty Inn for dinner or around the Boardwalk when we return

Tuesday- Lunch at 50s Primetime at MGM- made PS
Dinner at Palio- Made PS

Wednesday- Lunch at Electric Umbrella at Epcot
Eat dinner at Beaches and Cream and explore other resorts

Thurs- Lunch at Tony's Town Square (my friends like the idea of the theming- I wonder if the Plaza would be a better choice. I've been to Tony's and it was just okay)
Dinner at Wolfgang Puck's if we can get in- no PS here, either, I read?

Let me know what you think! How do I go about making a reservation to Wolfgang Puck Cafe, and how long of a wait should I expect at ESPN? Thanks :)

Looks good!

Dont have any ideas about the non ressie places. You guys are young and flexable, though, so eat at the bar or if the wait is too long grab a pretzel or something.

Looks like a good list of eateries. Love "50"s Primetime.

I would cross off Liberty Inn at Epcot. GD and I grabbed a bit here our last trip and it was the worst, and I mean worst of all the fast food restaurants.

For the first time I am not making any PS's. I'm winging it. Tired of schedules.

My thoughts:

On Monday, when you tour Epcot's WS, don't limit yourself to the Liberty Inn. There are also a lot of goo (and relatively inexpensive) counter service restaurants to try. Some ideas are Tangeriene Cafe in Morrocco, the Fish and Chips Shop in England, the counter service places in Norway, Japan, China, Mexico, etc! Unless you are really looking forward to burger and fries, you might want to consider other counter service places in the WS.

Also - your Tuesday plans. The meals at 50's Prime Time tend to be very large. If you plan lunch there, make sure you have plenty of time to digest before your dinner at palio - which should be fantastic!!!!!

Enjoy your trip!!!!!! :)

I'd like to make some suggestions, if I may.

Sunday -- I would recommend Casey's for a quick lunch at the Magic Kingdom.
What about the House of Blues for dinner that night? Food is great and is right next door to Pleasure island.

Monday -- Head over to the Whispering Canyon Cafe for lunch. Cheaper than dinner, food is good & the atmosphere is alot of fun. Try the ESPN Club for dinner. Much better than LI in my honest opinion. (I'd give some more time at EPCOT. You won't believe how much there is to see!)

Tuesday -- 50's Primetime is very good. I would recommend Spoodle's over Palio though for dinner.

Wednesday -- Try Le Cellier for lunch. Lunch is much cheaper than dinner and you get a much better meal for a few dollars more (9.99 for a thick steakburger w/steak fries vs. 5.69 for a thin, regular burger). Beaches & Cream is good.

Thursday -- Do the Crystal Palace for lunch, rather than Tony's. The food and selection at the CP beats Tony's hands down. I think you'd be much happier dining at the CP. Why not try O'Hana's for dinner? The food is served family-style & all-you-can-eat and is excellent!!!

You are eating a TON of food on Tuesday.

We like to plan one sit down a day.

(And I haven't eaten at the Liberty Inn for years - but it was REALLY LOUSY years ago. If you are really looking forward to a burger and fries, have it a Cosmic Rays or Peco's Bills in the MK (or take the time to eat at Beaches and Cream rather than Hannahs.)

I agree about not doing Liberty Inn. If you are touring the WS, you really don't need to plan a lunch. Get an egg roll here, some sushi there... Morocco has good choices, too and don't miss out on the pastries in France-or just get a loaf of bread, hunk of cheese and bottle of wine...

I also agree about Whispering Canyon and Ohana. Those are definitely favorites with a little more umph than ESPN and Wolfgang Puck. You can get that experience anywhere.

Thanks for all your suggestions, they were great! I think I am going to do Whispering Canyon Cafe the night we are exploring other resorts and change Beaches and Cream to when I had Hurricane Hanna's listed. Also, I'm eliminating Liberty Inn and we'll do a different country's counter service. Thank you again!

I think you have a good schedule. Just a couple of thoughts: I think Sunday looks good (I wouldn't drop Pecos Bill's - we really like it and I just said this in another post so I'm starting to sound like a broken record  but when we've been here we have each ordered our own fries and threw a lot away. They gave us a ton so maybe y'all could share). Since you're doing Pecos Bills and ESPN Club on Sunday, and Hurricane Hannah's on Mon. for lunch I wouldn't do Liberty Inn at Epcot. It's all the same kind of food. I haven't eated there but have friends who did and said it was the worst food of their trip. There are TONS of great counter service spots in Epcot offering all kinds of different food that can be affordable and you don't have to have exotic tastes to enjoy. Just "snack" the World Showcase and you will have a blast. I like pretzels in Germany, the Yakitori House in Japan is good, taco salad or nachos etc. in Mexico and then you can go crazy on desserts in the WS. They are wonderful (try the bakery in France). Have a great time!

Oops! Sorry, I got taken away from the computer while in the middle of writing my post and sent it before I saw you had already made your decision! LOL
