First Time Paying Dues Questions

Hi Disfriends!
DH and I took the plunge and purchased GF direct from WDW in the middle of April, and our two contracts closed in May. We have a February UY. I'm not sure when our dues are due? Will we be sent a bill specifically via email or does it come via snail mail? I just don't want to miss paying our dues. Can we pay our dues online...I'm not a fan of sending checks through the mail these days. Any advice you can give a DVC newbie would be awesome!

Make sure you have access to your DVC info online - you can keep track of all your dues info there, including when they're due. And yes, you can pay online.

You will find out the amount on the "Dues" tab on the DVC member website. The amount is determined in Dec and "due" in Jan, but you have a grace period until Feb. You can pay several ways.
Lump sum CC
Lump sum DGC (can be bought at a slight discount)
Lump sum bank transfer
If you give them your bank info you will get a monthly charge, zero interest (can't do CC this way).
If doing the monthly charge to you saving/checking account, you can actually log in before the debit date (15th) and do CC or DGC charge for that months dues, and they won't debit your accounts. So you can do monthly on your CC without fees, but you have to share your bank info to be able to get the monthly charge vs lump sum.

People who bought VGF should see the 2022 dues show up this week if you have a Feb to June UY.

We will pay from the 20th of June..opening day until end of year.

Those with later UYs will be billed the first of that month for 2022.

You will then get your notice to pay every year in January.

I was just checking a few days ago and they are still not up. But, once they are, you can pay online in full with CC.

You can also set up monthly payments from a bank account too.
