First time onsite-2 days at Pop????

Well, we decided to actually try staying onsite for the first time. Just the last 2 days of our vacation. We has resssies for Pop at the ap rate. Never done onsite before, and haven't stayed at hotel on a Disney trip in several years-done condos and rental houses. This a bad idea? Any suggestions for room/building requests? We have a car, don't know if we're using the buses or not. Should we do early entry? Staying June 19-21 btw.

Ofcourse PopCentury isn't a Deluxe resort, but it's sure is fun down there. We have been there in february and loved the theming. I just made reservations to return for a week in September, so we think it's the best and it's certainly worth the (little amount of) money you have to pay.
Staying onsite means you're surrounded with Disney 24 hours a day. Nothing beats that. Have fun!
