First Time on Waitlist...I have a question

I have recently placed myself on a waitlist for a 1BR at BCV for one additional night, and I'm not certain as to how the waitlist works. Can anyone let me know from their experience how they were informed that their waitlist came through? Was it via phone? Mail? E-Mail?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am assuming you are an owner based on the BC picture. MS asked me how I wanted to be notified. I don't like phone calls so I said automatic confirm, and I check the website daily to see if it has come through.

They should have asked you if you wanted it booked as soon as it came open automatically or if you wanted a call first to verify. They will hold it for you for a very short time if you do the call up procedure and the other way it is booked automatically and then you are notified by mail (or you can keep calling them or check the website often). I had one open up while I was on the phone with them making a different reservation and in the middle of the conversation the CM asked if I still wanted it.

Waitlist for a BW view on Friday Dec 8th at BWV. So far it hasn't come thru.

Hi Brian,
I've spent a good part of my life on waitlists and they always have a happy ending. Periodically call member Services and check on your reservation in addition to letting the waitlist process work. Good luck
