First time going to WDW in Xmas season! What do you recommend doing/seeing?

Thanks everyone for your replies and suggestions! I probably should have mentioned our travel dates are November 30 - December 7. So we won't be there on Christmas Day, but will be there for the decorations, festivities, etc. :goodvibes. I'm assuming all parties, decorations, etc. will be up and running by then.

I was just going to ask if you were really going for Christmas or if you just were going during the holiday decor season. Your dates are some of the best, because you will be there after the Thanksgiving rush and before the Christmas rush. My advice would be different if you were going to actually be there at Christmas time. That first week of December is great because the crowds are low and yet everything is there for the decor and shows of the holidays.

Make sure you take a tour of the resorts to see the gingerbread and decor at the different resorts. Some of the best are Wilderness Lodge and Animal Kingdom Lodge (Jambo) for the magnificent Christmas trees. Beach Club for the chocolate and gingerbread carousel. Grand Floridian for the gingerbread house. Don't forget to check on some casual concerts that occur in the WL lobby too. We have seen quite a few choirs perform there.

We love spending one evening at the Osbourn Lights at the Studios, and we love all the little traditions celebrated in each of the Epcot countries. Another "must see/hear" is the Voices of Liberty Victorian carolers at the American Adventure building.
