came home from first disney trip in 25 years on 2/12, girls 3 and 6 loved it, found this site, researched 2 weeks, asking 60pp, offered 50 on 3/6, accepted 3/6, all contracts sent to rofr today 3/13

Congrats and enjoy once it passes. However I will warn you the waiting is painful. We are about 2 weeks into our ROFR process and its killing me not to have it done so we can start booking something.

which site did you use?

we used fidelity.....was calling about another contract on there site which was gone, then they told me about this one that was going to be listed the next day, offer accepted within 25 mins.....has been lucky and smooth so far, which with my luck means danger on the horizon
