First time at WDW: move ADR to RD Anna & Elsa?

My husband and I are taking our 3-year old daughter to WDW in October. Neither of us have ever been so I'm relying heavily on Dis for planning. We're visiting MK for 2 days and Epcot for 1. Our Epcot day turns out to be a day with EMH from 8-9am. My original plan was to do breakfast at Garden Grill, RD Anna & Elsa M&G (originally @ 9), then FP FEA later. It is my impression that the Norway pavilion will be open during EMH so I'm second guessing my plan to do breakfast at Garden Grill. Right now my ADR is for 8:20, but there is a 9:25 open. I know it would be A LOT of walking to RD the M&G then do breakfast at 9:25, but should I move my ADR? My daughter has her heart set on breakfast with Mickey and Pluto and is a crazy Frozen fanatic so I would love to do both. What's the board's opinion?

I would change to 9:25 if meeting A&E is important to you. Mickey and Pluto aren't at GG breakfast. It's Chip and Dale. ETA: I think Mickey might be there, but I'm not so sure about Pluto.

definitely RD Anna & Elsa and either move the reservation to 9:25 or drop it all together. You can meet Mickey & Pluto in other locations in the parks. If you want to dine with both, Chef Mickey's almost always has both Mickey & Pluto.

This is a tough one since the whole area isn't open yet and we have no idea what crowds are going to be like or how they are going to disperse between A&E M&G and FEA. I would assume that lines are going to be long for both and that neither would pull significant crowds away from the other.

I know that even at RD EMH lines can fill quickly. My concern is that you still may have a really long wait to get to the girls and not have enough time to get to your Garden Grill ADR. I think the same will be true for FEA so swapping FP+ and rope drop wouldn't help.

I would take the 9:25am anyway and maybe keep checking to see if a later time pops up. Regardless, your 8:20am is not going to work with RD. Then when FEA and the M&G open, you can see how the lines are doing and make a better determination then.

Or you can see if you can move your EP day to a non-EMH and get a pre-RD ADR that day.

ETA: I do believe that Farmer Mickey and Pluto are indeed at Chip 'n Dale's harvest breakfast.

I have an early (8am) ADR for Akershus with a 9 am opening but I'm going to wait until the ride/m&g officially open to decide what to do. I also have a 9:30 ADR so I'm waiting.
