This will be our first ever experience at MVMCP! We are so excited. Just bought our tickets yesterday for 12/12. Any advice for a newbie to this event?

Soon as you arrive, work your way to the back of the park (we went to a booth set up outside "It's a Small World") to get your complimentary photo taken. You'll avoid the lines and have one less thing to worry about. You can then tour the park and enjoy yourselves.

DO NOT MISS the cookies and hot chocolate. Yum.

That's my strategy too, go to the back of the park, it will be totally empty. Last year they allowed admission after 4:00pm with the MVMCP tickets, you could get your wristband at the turnstiles. The lines were short, we did alot before the 6:00pm close. Then after the 6:00 fireworks, we were allowed to go to Tomorrowland until the official 7:00pm start, while they cleared the day guests out. After 7:00 we headed back to Fantasyland to get our picture taken, no line. One thing we did miss is the snow on Main Street because we were not over that way at the start or during the parade (watched it from Frontierland).

You will LOVE MVMCP!! This is our favorite thing at Disney! You have to see the show in tomorrowland. Hopefully it is still the same. Don't miss the snow on main street, but don't stick your tongue out! (It's really small soap bubbles!) The cookies and hot chocolate are great. You can also get your photo taken later in the evening. Lines are slow then too! The show in the Diamond Horseshoe is our least favorite now that they have taken Melvin the Chris-moose away! No matter how you spend the evening, you will enjoy it. Sometimes doing less in the parks is more fun than rushing from thing to thing. Just have fun!
