First Time at Fort. Check-In ??

There is an app. Called "sites at the fort" from fortfriends.com that actually shows each site, how wide and long it is, and how difficult it is to back into. It will give you a general idea anyway.

Tiggerdad, I have that app and I think I have looked at every site on it! Wow. I requested the 400-500 Loop because most of the sights looked fairly easy to get into. I see you have been on 400 loop. What are your thoughts?

I see you're in Meridian. Wife and I went on 6 recovery trips to Biloxi/Gulf Port after Katrina. Terrible circumstance but awesome experience and the people were so wonderful.

Premiums are very easy to get into. But i still managed to get my 38' bus into sites at the 300 and 1800 loops without issue. just walk your site first to decide best approach.

400 was nice, close to marina and HDR. Maybe a little closer to your neighbor than I would have liked, but not anything to complain about. Easy to get sites.
Katrina was our worst and proudest moment. When she reached us here in Meridian she was still a cat. 1. Terrible damage here, basically wiped Bay St. Louis and others off map. Was actually down in Biloxi/Gulfport some as well volunteering with other nurses and firemen. Maybe met ya and didn't know it.
