Headed to Disney for 7 days and we want to add on 2 days at Universal. Would love to stay at the HRH in early August. I was trying to price it every which way - we need 2 rooms. I wanted to see if I could get a room only rate and then buy the tickets separately. I have AAA.
Is it cheaper to buy an annual pass and then book the room. Am I assured an annual pass rate if I go this route or should I first check to see if they have a special rate? Cheapest rate I found through AAA is 245 a night. Are there any cheaper?
Also do you hear a lot of music in the rooms or are some worse than others. I know my teenagers and DH will love it but me not so sure.
Thanks
Debbie

You don't actually need to have the AP or AAA when you book a room. Call Loews and find out what the absolute cheapest room is. Then when your arrival time comes close, purchase what you need. AP and super saver rates tend to be cheaper than AAA but that is not a sure thing. Supersaver rates tend to apply if you stay 3 nights or more. Sometimes they are available for 2 nights but it depends on the season.

The music is not intrusive. Once you are inside your room you don't hear anything. There is music in the halls (soft rock) but it is elevator volume level. There is also music in the pool area.
