First purchase BWV - cost advice

Hi Guys

Following for a long time and decided to take the plunge after years of renting points.
My question, seller accepted $114 a point very quickly on a sell pays dues 0/250/250 contract at BWV. I don’t mind missing the points for this year as I have already rented for next year. Is $114 expensive for this contract?

Does the use year matter that much for resale price? I was wondering if that’s a good price also.

looking at the purchase thread, so far it appears that BWV points have sold from $113-$125.
Use Year only matters on when you plan to travel.

They're all high now, seems a little extra high given the points availability but not that out of line. Just remember even if you aren't reimbursing for dues, when you pay dues in Jan, you're still paying on points you don't have for 3 months worth.
