Ok, this is my first pre-trip report (obviously) and I'll just try to do my best :)

Let's see..I guess a good place to start would be the "cast" for this trip:

ME (aka Alison) - 14 years old - I love WDW. My family thinks I am obsessed with Disney World..and I am.

Jennifer (my sister) - 16 years old - Likes going to Disney World but kind of wishes we would go somewhere else for a change.

John (my brother) - 21 years old - Same as above..:sad2:

My Mom and Dad - Well..if it weren't for them..this trip would not be possible, of course. Haha. My mom loves Disney just as much as I do, and my dad isn't obsessed or anything but he enjoys going as well.

Now that that is over with, let's move on to something else...here's a little background info...

My family has always loved Disney. We seem to always go there for vacation instead of somewhere else. The first time I went to Disney, I was two years old:

I'm the cutie in the pink dress.. :teeth: And notice it says Dixie Landings in the background..

Ok, so basically I grew up going to Disney World because that would be our family vacation every year (sometimes more than once a year). We've pretty much always stayed at POR and I love it more everytime. That's like my home at Disney I guess.

This year when my mom made reservations for the resort (she waited until about a week ago to do it..and we're going in about a month.. :sad2: ) she tried to get POR..and couldn't of course. So she made reservations for Pop Century. I was very disappointed. It's not that I don't like Pop because I've never stayed there before, but staying at POR just mades the trip that much more enjoyable. My mom knew how disappointed I was about this (and she was kind of diappointed too, I guess) so a couple of nights ago she called back and ended up being able to get our first 4 nights there...:woohoo:! I was sooo happy. After that, she decided she would call back first thing in the morning and try to get last 3 nights there, too. Well..she called back..and now we're staying at POR the whole trip!!

Another thing about POR is we really love building 14. It's close the the food court and the bus stop, and that's basically all I need. I can just go on a walk if I want to see the pretty stuff at the resort. We've stayed in building 14 quite a few times last time we went to WDW in 12/04 we stayed there in room 1454. Something that was kind of unique was that we had stayed in the this room before. When I heard we had that room, I knew it sounded familiar so I grabbed my journal that I take with me on every Disney trip and looked back to the trip I had written about from March, 2000..and it was indeed the same room. That made me very happy for some reason.

This is to prove to you guys that we have actually had that room twice. I have it in writing..haha..

I'm still trying to decide on what else to include in this pre-trip report but I'll most likely add a few more pictures from other years at Disney. And I definitely can't wait to get to the real trip report!!

Thanks if you read this!
