First neutral feedback!

Don't worry about it. My Mom always used to say it was a waste of time to worry about something you have no control over or can't change.

There are always going to be jerks in the world especially in an anonymous system like E-Bay. If you don't like dealing with that type of system, sell your stuff in consignment, garage or other face to face methods. Who needs the ulcers if it irks you that much when irrational people write irrational stuff!!

I don't think anyone here has said there should never be neutral or negative feedback. There are definatley cases were it should be left. The O.P. point is that when it is left underservingly it stinks! For some of us this is like a job. If you got an evaluation from work that was just neutral, and you felt that was underserved you would probably be "irked" too. I don't think anyone here "can't deal" or is "getting an ulcer" over it. Somethimes its just nice to know that you can vent to people who understand.

You gotta learn to let it go. You'll find that most high volume sellers have a variety of feedback because you just can't anticipate the personality of the person you are selling to. Most people will take all the feedback into consideration, especially if they're sellers too. It's not the end of the world.

I dont think anyone will care about the neutral. I always check the item if I can and I would see that you are right. The shoes look brand new to me. Some people are never happy. Keep on ebaying and make lots of money for Disney.

We have all had bad ebay experience(s) and it too will pass! I know it is frustrating but hang in there! I checked you item and they certainly look clean to me. Maybe she mixed you auction up with someone else. Good things will come. Good luck!
